About the role
- Ensure effective operation and maintenance of TBM systems
- Improve project safety and environmental impact
- Develop new technologies and products for TBM applications
- Collaborate with contractors and metro clients
Requirements
- Technical expertise and Solution in TBM Tunnels in various grounds like Soft ground, Hardrock, Mixed ground, and High water table ground
- Operation Training to TBM Operators in using Foam and Grease in efficient way in different type of TBM like EPB, Hardrock and Slurry
- TBM Product Training our Sales team and to the higher management team from Client side
- Product Development: To work with development team to provide the ground trial result of the new products
- Product Management: Introduce new TBM products to customer and take care for new packaging size of products according to the customer requirement and Machine Design, coordination with the Sales Team for the rates, before sending the quotation to the sites
- Solution driven approach – Resolve the issue of Customers according to their requirements and provide them proper solutions through Sales team approach
- Actively develop new business by converting new customers and focusing on product sales along with the regional Sales team.
