About the role
- Build lasting relationships with families in the community.
- Provide comprehensive guidance regarding pre-need funeral and memorial planning.
- Deliver compassionate service and expert advice to help families navigate options for honoring loved ones.
- Ensure families receive the support they need during challenging times.
- Meet with clients, set appointments, and consult on pre-need arrangements.
- Collaborate with the team at Berge Pappas Smith Chapel of the Angels to achieve sales goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, with appointment setting and consulting preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and empathize with clients.
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Availability to meet with clients during evenings or weekends as needed.
- Current CA limited license or the ability to obtain one.
- Use of a reliable vehicle for commuting to our location in Fremont.
