About the role
- Create meaningful connections with clients and support them through preplanning cemetery, funeral, and memorial services
- Serve as Family Service Advisor for Steele Chapel at Longview Memorial Park
- Provide exemplary personalized service to families
- Establish strong business relationships with community and civic organizations, businesses, and individuals
- Participate in lead generation and sales activities
- Present services to individuals and groups
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Motivated and goal-oriented self-starter
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present to individuals and groups
- Team player, with a positive attitude
- Detail oriented and customer service focused
- 2+ years business to consumer sales experience
- Prior lead generation/sales experience preferred
- Have the use of a vehicle for transportation
