About the role
- Engage with clients and provide guidance in pre-arranging funeral and memorial services
- Make and set appointments with clients
- Present value options and sales offerings to clients
- Represent Gilbertson Funeral Home to the island community and adapt practices to serve families
- Participate in a 1-year formal training program and utilize CRM tools and sales support
Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients
- Ability to effectively make appointments and present value options to clients
- Prior experience in direct sales preferred
- Use of a vehicle for transportation
- Current WA life insurance license or the ability to obtain one
