Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing information and answering questions

Communicate with families through phone, text, email, chat, and social platforms
Conduct sales presentations via remote visit platforms
Host and support remote group seminars
Accurately complete product and funding paperwork
Maintain and utilize the lead management system
Learn and deliver the pre-arrangement consumer presentation
Ensure compliance with preneed rules and regulations
Attend all sales meetings and training sessions
