About the role
- Serve as a part-time consultative sales professional educating clients about prearrangement options
- Build and maintain relationships with individuals, families, and local faith-based communities
- Explain and guide clients through the prearrangement process and available funeral and cremation services
- Provide options and resources to create personalized, meaningful tributes
- Achieve personal sales goals and participate in lead generation programs
- Use CRM and office software to manage customer relationships and records
- Collaborate with funeral directors and internal team to deliver personalized service
Requirements
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Effective relationship management within local faith-based communities
- Customer-focused mindset, with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in using office software and CRM tools
- Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation
- Current CA Limited license or the ability to obtain one
