About the role
- Own end-to-end payroll preparation across Philippines, Canada, and U.S.
- Process regular and off-cycle payrolls (bonuses, commissions, terminations)
- Reconcile payroll registers prior to submission for approval
- Administer benefit plans including 401(k) and RRSP/DPSP retirement plans
- Support year-end reporting (W-2, 1099, T4, 2316)
Requirements
- 5+ years of payroll experience including U.S. and Canada
- Experience using ADP Workforce Now and Sprout payroll systems
- Strong understanding of payroll tax compliance and reconciliation
- Advanced Excel skills
- High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset
