About the role
- Oversee various accounting operations
- Manage payroll, accounts receivables, accounts payables, and bank reconciliations
- Generate and deliver summary reconciliation reports to the executive team
- Identify accounting and financial issues and suggest timely solutions
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Manage quality control over financial transactions and reporting
- Help manage the budgeting and forecasting
- Produce financial statements as requested
- Work with external auditors and provide needed information for the annual audit
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
- Develop and adhere to policies and procedures
- Oversee some site operations related functions
Requirements
- Strong background in corporate financial management
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Outstanding analytic and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively with minimal oversight
- Ability to function well in a team environment
