About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide effective user support to internal Salesforce users
Participate in fund data administration tasks in Salesforce and change initiatives
Manage fields, objects, rules, workflows, and other configurations
Produce reports and dashboards for key stakeholders
Deliver training sessions remotely and face-to-face
Oversee regular delivery of static fund data to data vendors

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong understanding of the Salesforce.com platform and best practices
Good knowledge of Reports and Analytics
Good knowledge of Declarative Salesforce Methodology; Workflow, Process Builder, Flows etc.
Experience as a Salesforce Administrator in the financial sector
Valid Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification
Excellent command of Microsoft office applications (especially Outlook, Excel and Visio)
Proficiency in English
