About the role

  • Prepare and coordinate high-quality and timely responses to RFPs and DDQs for institutional and discretionary clients, with a particular focus on Multi Asset strategies;
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product management, investment teams, and other stakeholders across NAM;
  • Ensure responses are accurate while being commercially impactful;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of RFP processes, tools and content frameworks with a focus on AI-driven efficiencies;
  • Proactively manage your internal clients (sales, Country Heads) and stakeholders (portfolio managers, portfolio specialists, senior management, etc.) in order to ensure a smooth RFP delivery process and issue management;
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of NAM’s investment capabilities and product offering with key focus on the multi-asset/risk premia and systematic capabilities;
  • Develop expertise in areas such as: Asset management and fund strategies, Sustainability and ESG integration, Risk and performance metrics, Financial instruments and markets, GIPS composites and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role (RFP specialist, investment writer or proposal specialist) within asset management or other financial services areas
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law or a related field
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex investment topics
  • Strong interest in asset management and financial markets
  • Proven ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and maintain high quality standards
  • Comfortable learning and working with new tools and systems and able to identify opportunities to use AI tools in your day-to-day.
