About the role

  • Responsible for Google Ads accounts with significant budgets (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube)
  • Develop and implement scalable performance strategies
  • Continuously optimize ROAS, CPA and conversion rates
  • Build and test campaign structures, creatives & targeting approaches
  • Analyze and interpret data (e.g., GA4, tracking setups, attribution)
  • Close collaboration with CRO, Creative & Tech (tracking / Shopify / data)

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Google Ads / performance marketing
  • Proven track record of scaling campaigns
  • Experience managing larger budgets (ideally €20,000 – €100,000+ / month)
  • Deep understanding of Performance Max, Google Shopping & feed optimization, conversion tracking & attribution
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
  • Experience in e-commerce / D2C environments (e.g., Shopify)
  • Understanding of landing pages & conversion optimization (CRO)
  • Experience with tools such as Google Tag Manager, server-side tracking, feed tools
  • Experience with scaling brands (not just small accounts)
