About the role
- Responsible for Google Ads accounts with significant budgets (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Develop and implement scalable performance strategies
- Continuously optimize ROAS, CPA and conversion rates
- Build and test campaign structures, creatives & targeting approaches
- Analyze and interpret data (e.g., GA4, tracking setups, attribution)
- Close collaboration with CRO, Creative & Tech (tracking / Shopify / data)
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Google Ads / performance marketing
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns
- Experience managing larger budgets (ideally €20,000 – €100,000+ / month)
- Deep understanding of Performance Max, Google Shopping & feed optimization, conversion tracking & attribution
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Experience in e-commerce / D2C environments (e.g., Shopify)
- Understanding of landing pages & conversion optimization (CRO)
- Experience with tools such as Google Tag Manager, server-side tracking, feed tools
- Experience with scaling brands (not just small accounts)
