What you’ll need

At least eight years of solid professional experience in payroll for a mid-sized company with more than 2,000 employees
Practical experience with DATEV is an advantage
Excellent knowledge of payroll tax and social security law
Proficient with common payroll systems
Strong project management skills
Enthusiasm for change and proactive development of processes
