About the role

  • Developing and maintaining control requirements for IT processes in accordance with current regulatory standards
  • Planning, coordinating, executing and ensuring quality assurance of the software implementation process
  • Creating and maintaining a central software license inventory
  • Recommending adjustments to licensing models based on the actual requirements of the development bank
  • Monitoring and managing software licenses, including procurement, allocation and renewal
  • Designing and managing IT emergency processes and business continuity plans (BCM)
  • Handling and coordinating internal and external audits related to IT operations
  • IT risk management within the framework of group-wide corporate governance
  • Supporting the creation of, and where required independently creating, maintaining and evaluating necessary concepts such as operational (IT), security and access control concepts
  • Advising on technical matters related to identity and access management (IAM)

Requirements

  • Successfully completed (technical) college or university degree, e.g., in Computer Science
  • Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks and an understanding of compliance requirements
  • Ability to analyze IT systems and processes to identify and assess compliance risks
  • Knowledge of IT security and IT emergency/incident response processes and tools
  • Understanding of the legal aspects of software licensing and the ability to handle complex license terms and requirements
  • Strong IT affinity and process understanding
  • Experience in creating and evaluating concepts and plans
  • Reliable, analytical and structured working style
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities
