About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own customer relationship, proactively driving product adoption and resolving issues and questions quickly and reliably.
  • Track adoption metrics and engagement across enterprise accounts, identifying risks early and keeping customers on track toward their process automation goals.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, channelling recurring issues, feature requests, and adoption blockers directly into the product roadmap.
  • Build strong relationships with customer-side project leads, finance teams, and IT stakeholders across our DACH customer base.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing role in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Some exposure to finance, procurement, or ERP-adjacent workflows is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; able to build trust with enterprise stakeholders, keep customers engaged, and turn frustration into confidence.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Berlin.
  • Fluency in both English and German is required.
