About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own customer relationship, proactively driving product adoption and resolving issues and questions quickly and reliably.
- Track adoption metrics and engagement across enterprise accounts, identifying risks early and keeping customers on track toward their process automation goals.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, channelling recurring issues, feature requests, and adoption blockers directly into the product roadmap.
- Build strong relationships with customer-side project leads, finance teams, and IT stakeholders across our DACH customer base.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing role in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Some exposure to finance, procurement, or ERP-adjacent workflows is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; able to build trust with enterprise stakeholders, keep customers engaged, and turn frustration into confidence.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Berlin.
- Fluency in both English and German is required.
