About the role

  • Work at a large banking institution, leading strategic initiatives using agile and traditional methodologies.
  • Bridge business, technology, and regulatory areas, ensuring deliveries that meet quality, deadlines and compliance.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of banking projects (planning through implementation).
  • Apply a hybrid approach (agile + predictive/waterfall) according to context.
  • Align scope, timelines and priorities with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies and scope changes.
  • Facilitate ceremonies, committees and governance rituals.
  • Control budget, schedule and performance indicators.
  • Produce and present executive reports to the board and PMO.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a banking/financial environment.
  • Documented experience with hybrid methodologies (agile + waterfall).
  • Experience in banking systems projects, digital channels, or payment solutions.
  • Strong command of scope, schedule, cost, risk, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with management tools (Jira, MS Project, or similar).
  • Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent.
