About the role
- Conduct user research (qualitative and quantitative)
- Map user journeys and identify opportunities for improvement
- Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams
- Ensure experience consistency and adherence to design systems
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on solutions
- Use AI tools to accelerate discovery, design, and prototyping
- Prototype AI-driven solutions (e.g., chatbots, copilots, automations)
- Support the definition of AI-driven experience strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX Designer (mid-level)
- Hands-on experience with discovery and digital product design
- Proficiency with design tools (Figma, FigJam, or similar)
- Knowledge of user-centered design (UX/UI)
- Ability to translate complex problems into simple solutions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Experience with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.)
- Experience with no-code/low-code tools (e.g., Lovable, Bubble, Webflow, Make, Zapier)
- Ability to create functional AI prototypes (e.g., agents, automated flows)
- Knowledge of prompt engineering
- Familiarity with concepts such as LLMs, embeddings, and automations
- Experience with rapid hypothesis testing and validation using AI
