About the role

  • Conduct user research (qualitative and quantitative)
  • Map user journeys and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams
  • Ensure experience consistency and adherence to design systems
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate on solutions
  • Use AI tools to accelerate discovery, design, and prototyping
  • Prototype AI-driven solutions (e.g., chatbots, copilots, automations)
  • Support the definition of AI-driven experience strategies

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a UX Designer (mid-level)
  • Hands-on experience with discovery and digital product design
  • Proficiency with design tools (Figma, FigJam, or similar)
  • Knowledge of user-centered design (UX/UI)
  • Ability to translate complex problems into simple solutions
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Experience with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.)
  • Experience with no-code/low-code tools (e.g., Lovable, Bubble, Webflow, Make, Zapier)
  • Ability to create functional AI prototypes (e.g., agents, automated flows)
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering
  • Familiarity with concepts such as LLMs, embeddings, and automations
  • Experience with rapid hypothesis testing and validation using AI
