About the role
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in insurance and on the InsureMO platform
- Lead client meetings and discuss business requirements
- Configure products (rules, formulas)
- Perform functional analysis and support the definition of solutions for insurance processes
- Participate in discovery meetings and support the implementation of insurance projects
- Configure insurance products on the InsureMO platform
- Conduct calls, execute tests, and understand business flows based on integrations using APIs
Requirements
- Proven experience in insurance implementation projects
- Strong knowledge of insurance processes (policy structure, claims, calculations)
- Familiarity with APIs (REST, JSON)
- Technical background to work with low-code languages (Groovy / OPA)
- Experience with InsurTech platforms (InsureMO) and documentation tools is desirable
- Knowledge of ACORD standards
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira/Confluence
