About the role

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale, cross-functional project, ensuring alignment with business and IT stakeholders in Brazil and globally.
  • Drive project planning, execution, risk management and issue resolution with a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring milestones, dependencies and deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Establish and maintain clear governance, reporting and tracking mechanisms.
  • Act as the central point for stakeholder communication, ensuring transparency and alignment at all levels.
  • Proactively identify challenges, remove impediments (blockers) and ensure operational continuity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in large organizations.
  • PMP certification (Required).
  • Strong command of project management tools, governance frameworks and delivery methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, navigate ambiguous scenarios and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to manage senior stakeholders, negotiate priorities and ensure alignment.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive mindset and a sense of ownership.
  • Experience with initiatives involving multiple vendors, business units and technical teams.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
  • English: Fluent
