About the role
- Financial Management & Accounting (85%)
- Responsible for the company’s financial control and strategic planning
- Preparation of forecasts, budgets, inventory and reporting as a basis for decision-making
- Optimization of cash flow, cost structures and financing strategies for sustainable growth
- Ensure our accounting is accurate, timely and compliant — including receipts and travel expense reports
- Coordination of external tax advisors and accountants
- Processing payments and team procurement requests
- Oversight of international taxes (OSS)
- Establishment and management of accounting processes (SOPs)
- People and Office Operations (15%)
- Management of employment contracts, time tracking and leave requests
- Calculation and submission of monthly payroll
- Point of contact for general team inquiries and everyday matters
- Handling various administrative tasks to keep things running smoothly
- Establishment and management of HR processes (SOPs)
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
