About the role

  • Financial Management & Accounting (85%)
  • Responsible for the company’s financial control and strategic planning
  • Preparation of forecasts, budgets, inventory and reporting as a basis for decision-making
  • Optimization of cash flow, cost structures and financing strategies for sustainable growth
  • Ensure our accounting is accurate, timely and compliant — including receipts and travel expense reports
  • Coordination of external tax advisors and accountants
  • Processing payments and team procurement requests
  • Oversight of international taxes (OSS)
  • Establishment and management of accounting processes (SOPs)
  • People and Office Operations (15%)
  • Management of employment contracts, time tracking and leave requests
  • Calculation and submission of monthly payroll
  • Point of contact for general team inquiries and everyday matters
  • Handling various administrative tasks to keep things running smoothly
  • Establishment and management of HR processes (SOPs)

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
