About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, build, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest
- Write ad copy and brief the creative team on winning ad concepts
- Set up pixel tracking, conversion events, and attribution correctly
- Optimize campaigns daily for CPA, CTR, and ROAS
- Conduct audience testing — lookalikes, interest targeting, retargeting
- Run creative A/B tests to find winning angles
- Report weekly on spend efficiency and recommendations for scaling or cutting
Requirements
What you’ll need- No degree required
- Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns
- Deep familiarity with Meta Ads Manager — TikTok Ads experience is a strong plus
- Understanding of pixel setup, custom conversions, and attribution windows
- Data-literate — you can read a dashboard and make decisions quickly
- Creative eye for what performs — strong ad creative matters
