About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Research and identify potential brand, platform, and creator partnership opportunities
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and direct message to initiate conversations
- Maintain a pipeline of active outreach and follow up persistently and professionally
- Coordinate intro calls and pitch meetings for senior team members
- Keep the CRM updated with contact records, outreach history, and deal status
- Draft partnership proposals and one-pagers for review and approval
- Track and report on outreach metrics — emails sent, replies, calls booked, deals closed
Requirements
What you’ll need- No degree required
- Excellent written communication — you write emails people actually respond to
- Organized and persistent — follow-up is where deals get made
- Comfortable with CRM tools and basic outreach tracking
- Self-starter who can manage a pipeline with minimal oversight
- Interest in the gig economy, creator economy, or digital marketing space
