About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leading the technology team and designing the overall structure of automation solutions
- Ensuring alignment with the existing IT landscape
- Compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
- Defining and documenting the technical architecture
- Analysing and translating business requirements into system requirements
- Selecting the appropriate design solutions
- Working closely with development teams to provide guidance
- Supporting the technical implementation of RPA solutions
- Responsible for design, development, deployment, and operational standards for all automations
- Championing code reuse within customer org and enabling/supporting citizen development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in RPA solution architecture
- Strong experience in AI/ML integrations
- UiPath RPA Solution Architect Certification
- UiPath Agentic AI Certification
- Azure / AWS DevSecOps Certified
- General AI/ML Certifications
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Alignment with customer’s mission and values
- Adaptability and leadership in driving technological solutions.
