About the role

  • Develop application and backend services using C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Node.js and related technologies
  • Automate tasks using scripted languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Perl
  • Develop and maintain web services (MVC, WCF, Web APIs) and RESTful APIs
  • Design and maintain user interfaces using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, Chart.js, and Bootstrap; implement UI Ajax interactions
  • Develop, maintain, and tune relational database objects (Stored Procedures, Functions) and optimize SQL performance
  • Implement ASP.NET Core middleware, dependency injection, authentication/authorization, and Razor views
  • Integrate and work with AWS cloud services and GitHub Enterprise for source control and CI/CD
  • Perform other tasks as assigned in support of operational needs

Requirements

  • Strong skills developing application and backend services using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Java Script, jQuery, Node.js and CSS, Cloud AWS, SQL, GitHub Enterprise
  • Experience in automating tasks using scripted languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Perl
  • Developing and maintaining web services; experience with MVC, WCF and Web APIs preferable
  • Experience designing and maintaining user interfaces (UI) with HTML, JavaScript, CSS; experience working with JavaScript libraries such as jQuery, Node.JS, Chart.js, Bootstrap preferable; UI Ajax
  • Experience developing and maintaining data in relational databases; heavy SQL experience with Stored Procedures, Functions, performance tuning
  • Proficiency in building web applications using ASP.NET Core, including experience with MVC architecture, RESTful APIs, middleware, dependency injection, security features, and Razor
  • Proficiency in using jQuery for DOM traversal, event handling, AJAX, and plugin integration
  • Experience in developing responsive web applications using Bootstrap and customizing themes using CSS and SASS
  • Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field
  • Preferred Certifications: Certified Software Development Professional; (ISC)² CSSLP; GitHub Actions Certification; AWS Certified Developer; CompTIA Security+
