Business Transformation Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define the transformation: translate strategic objectives into concrete actions
- Analyze the current state: review processes and structures, identify inefficiencies and root causes, and propose high-impact optimizations
- Design the future model: envision the new organization, develop a solid business case and a coherent vision
- Prepare and drive implementation: coordinate workshops, define the implementation plan and communication strategy, and support managers through the change
- Monitor performance: establish KPIs and continuously adjust
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or consultant in operational model redesign
- Good knowledge of HR processes is an advantage
- Fluent in Dutch and French
- Project and program management skills
- Strong stakeholder management across all levels
- Expertise in change management
- Pragmatic, results- and solution-oriented
- Strong data and process analysis capabilities
- Good communication skills and the ability to reconcile differing opinions
- Team player with a hands-on attitude
- Willingness to learn and keep up with recent developments (including AI)
