Legal Advisor, Well-being Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As a Legal Advisor within the Well-being domain of Legal & Knowledge, you act as the legal point of contact for matters relating to workplace well-being, anti-discrimination laws, medical absences, return-to-work processes, workplace accidents, and recovery mechanisms.
- Provide well-founded legal analyses and opinions on matters within the well-being domain.
- Translate legislation and case law into practical guidelines and recommendations.
- Contribute to the development and adaptation of internal regulations.
- Support and coordinate judicial and administrative litigation related to well-being matters.
- Serve as the legal interface with external counsel.
- Collaborate closely with other Legal & Knowledge domains.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree in Law.
- 5 to 10 years' professional experience within a legal department.
- Practical application of social law, with a particular focus on workplace well-being and anti-discrimination legislation.
- In-depth knowledge of legal provisions related to social law.
- Good knowledge of administrative law, and civil and criminal procedure.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, notably Word and PowerPoint.
- Good operational knowledge of Dutch (strong oral and written comprehension; basic spoken expression).
