About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As a Legal Advisor within the Well-being domain of Legal & Knowledge, you act as the legal point of contact for matters relating to workplace well-being, anti-discrimination laws, medical absences, return-to-work processes, workplace accidents, and recovery mechanisms.
  • Provide well-founded legal analyses and opinions on matters within the well-being domain.
  • Translate legislation and case law into practical guidelines and recommendations.
  • Contribute to the development and adaptation of internal regulations.
  • Support and coordinate judicial and administrative litigation related to well-being matters.
  • Serve as the legal interface with external counsel.
  • Collaborate closely with other Legal & Knowledge domains.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's degree in Law.
  • 5 to 10 years' professional experience within a legal department.
  • Practical application of social law, with a particular focus on workplace well-being and anti-discrimination legislation.
  • In-depth knowledge of legal provisions related to social law.
  • Good knowledge of administrative law, and civil and criminal procedure.
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, notably Word and PowerPoint.
  • Good operational knowledge of Dutch (strong oral and written comprehension; basic spoken expression).
