Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the implementation of security best practices throughout the development and deployment lifecycle
Ensure cloud infrastructure and applications remain secure, reliable, and scalable
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to integrate security automation and continuous monitoring
Help maintain compliance and protect systems while enabling rapid development and deployment

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in DevSecOps or related roles
Strong AWS expertise
Experience with Terraform
Proficient with CI/CD pipelines and automation
Deep understanding of security best practices and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001)
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment with 3 days per week onsite in London
Experience with Grafana/Prometheus stack
Experience with Ansible
Experience working in a SaaS or technology product business
