About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with the Talent Development Team, HR Business Partners and other relevant stakeholders to identify performance gaps, design customized learning solutions, etc.
- Deliver formal and informal learning solutions, including presentations, workshops, training, and events via both in-person and virtual platforms
- Lead and facilitate large-scale events and programs
- Apply project management skills to organize resources for all phases of projects
- Develop evaluation tools to evaluate learning program outcomes and job-relatedness of training
- Conduct follow-up surveys and/or interviews with participants and managers to evaluate program impact
- Assist TD Management with sourcing and vendor selection
- Conduct evening new hire orientation on rare occasion, if required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Training, Organizational Development, or other discipline
- 6+ years of training, facilitation, and/or OD experience specifically developing and delivering training for blended learning environments
- Familiar with Adult Learning principles and learning evaluation metrics
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach
- Superior skills with presenting information to small and large audiences
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to NJM offices in Hammonton and Parsippany, New Jersey as required (minimal travel)
