About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- work within our Professional Services practice to develop solutions for Risk use cases on the platform.

Requirements
What you’ll need- A recognised university degree in information technology, engineering, mathematics, accounting, business or other relevant disciplines.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Experience in the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
- Experience with agile methodology, creating process designs, and technical designs, defining user stories, and working with onshore/offshore development teams.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, writing and presentation skills.
- Demonstrates integrity, values, principles, and work ethic.
- Experience in the implementation of GRC solutions in either ServiceNow or other products (such as Archer, OpenPages, etc.).
- ServiceNow CIS certification in GRC/IRM suite (Risk and Compliance, Vendor Risk Management etc.).
