About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

With your work you ensure that our knowledge is preserved and used sustainably—internally to support the development of our employees and externally to professionally support our clients.
Create and maintain training and learning materials for internal staff and external clients
Structure and document company-internal knowledge
Convert project content into customer-specific training materials
Work closely with specialist departments to capture and convey knowledge
Maintain and further develop our knowledge base (Learning Suite)
Ensure clear, audience-appropriate presentation of complex content

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree or completed training in Technical Writing, Communications, or a comparable field
Technical understanding and the ability to present complex information clearly
Experience in producing documentation, training materials, or e‑learning content is an advantage
Structured, independent, and careful way of working
Ability to follow processes precisely and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and enjoyment in sharing knowledge
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
Nice to have: experience with learning platforms or authoring tools (e.g., Learning Suite)
