Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years designing digital products, with a strong portfolio showing range in craft and problem-solving.
Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping workflows.
Experience designing responsive web and/or mobile applications.
Comfort working in an environment where process is still being built — you help build it rather than waiting for it.
A track record of collaborating well with engineering and product, not just handing off Figma files.
Experience designing for complex, workflow-driven products — SaaS, internal tools, marketplaces, or platforms where users get real work done, not just consumer apps.
No allergy to ambiguity — you'd rather ask a good question and move than stall waiting for perfect clarity.
