About the role
- Enable the Sales team to win deals
- Create proposals, provide estimations, and perform thoughtful project discovery
- Build Proof of Concepts, prototypes, and quick solutions
- Liaise with internal Engineering and Product teams to fill technical/product gaps for clients
- Provide alternatives to prospects' business challenges and find angles to close gaps
- Engage in technical and commercial discussions with client influencers, decision-makers, and top management
- Build sales champions across the sales lifecycle
- Collaborate with leadership to identify new business opportunities, engage with prospects, and shape strategic direction of solutions
- Deliver tailored technical presentations and support the sales team in closing deals
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Solution Architect, Pre-sales or Technical consultation role
- Previous software development experience required
- Degree in Computer Science or related fields highly preferred
- Fluent in English and Thai languages
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience engaging with clients at different levels, from top management to technical counterparts
- Understanding of agile development, engagement types, and commercial negotiations
- Ability to create proposals, provide estimations, and perform project discovery
- Ability to build POCs, prototypes, and quick solutions
- Ingenuity, sense of urgency, self-agency, autonomy, resilience, attention to detail, and high reliability
- Able to navigate uncertain environments and still reach the finish line
