About the role

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aligned with Nimble’s business goals
  • Plan and execute campaigns across various online and offline marketing channels
  • Be responsible for branding, PR and content marketing
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Strengthen the company's brand position by developing branding messages using various communication tools and channels
  • Plan and host company events and partner with relevant companies to position Nimble as a thought leader
  • Work with cross-functional teams (sales, talent, product development, design) to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective strategies
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Report on key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management
  • Full ownership of developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to elevate brand and generate qualified leads globally

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in marketing
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns (online and offline)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong understanding of branding and brand management
  • Experience leading company marketing event initiatives
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinker with ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and performance-driven environment
