About the role
- Serve as the champion of Nimble’s values and culture, fostering an inclusive and engaging environment
- Partner with leadership to align People strategies with business goals and provide insights and recommendations
- Design and execute programs that enhance the employee experience
- Oversee all aspects of People Operations, including visa and work permit applications for expatriates
- Manage employee benefits such as social security, health insurance, provident funds, and education allowances
- Maintain strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and employment regulations and ensure compliance
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and coordinate company events
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance employer branding and recruitment strategies
- Mentor and develop the People Operations team, cultivating continuous learning and professional growth
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or People Operations
- Proven expertise in employee relations and retention management
- Strong knowledge of Learning & Development
- Strong knowledge of Compensation & Benefits
- Strong knowledge of Thai Labor Law
- Experience managing visa and work permit processes for expatriates (strong plus)
- People-first mindset; approachable and outgoing
- Adaptive and versatile; able to adjust approaches in changing environments
- Strategic yet hands-on; comfortable partnering with leadership and managing day-to-day operations
- Passion for employee engagement and culture-building
- Driven self-starter who takes ownership and seeks continuous improvement
