About the role

  • Serve as the champion of Nimble’s values and culture, fostering an inclusive and engaging environment
  • Partner with leadership to align People strategies with business goals and provide insights and recommendations
  • Design and execute programs that enhance the employee experience
  • Oversee all aspects of People Operations, including visa and work permit applications for expatriates
  • Manage employee benefits such as social security, health insurance, provident funds, and education allowances
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and employment regulations and ensure compliance
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and coordinate company events
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance employer branding and recruitment strategies
  • Mentor and develop the People Operations team, cultivating continuous learning and professional growth

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or People Operations
  • Proven expertise in employee relations and retention management
  • Strong knowledge of Learning & Development
  • Strong knowledge of Compensation & Benefits
  • Strong knowledge of Thai Labor Law
  • Experience managing visa and work permit processes for expatriates (strong plus)
  • People-first mindset; approachable and outgoing
  • Adaptive and versatile; able to adjust approaches in changing environments
  • Strategic yet hands-on; comfortable partnering with leadership and managing day-to-day operations
  • Passion for employee engagement and culture-building
  • Driven self-starter who takes ownership and seeks continuous improvement
