About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the entire project from design through production deployment, ensuring client satisfaction.
Analyze client needs and define functional and technical configurations.
Draft workshop minutes and reports.
Plan and coordinate the different phases of the project.
Lead and coordinate the team of functional and technical consultants.
Specify product enhancements and interfaces.
Deliver training to key users.
Support business leads with configuration, data migration, and user acceptance testing.
Supervise project monitoring, ensuring adherence to timelines, costs, and quality standards.
Communicate with client contacts and all project stakeholders.
Produce reporting for the project director.
Monitor and secure invoicing and the project budget.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role (ERP consultant / ERP project manager).
You master the main phases of an ERP project: design, configuration, testing, deployment.
Good understanding of business management processes, ideally Finance/Accounting processes.
Project management skills: planning, budget tracking, and action planning.
Autonomy, rigor, initiative, analytical mindset and a strong client service orientation.
Mobility for frequent travel within France.
