About the role

  • Create, configure, and deploy automated systems combining AI, machine learning, RPA bots, Microsoft Power Tools, Databricks, and Splunk
  • Understand and analyze repetitive, time-consuming business processes to determine recommended automation solution using Postal tools
  • Write and update code, build custom scripts, integrate AI models into existing infrastructure
  • Monitor and optimize automation performance, troubleshoot errors, and ensure system scalability
  • Work with IT and CISO stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and align automation with organizational goals

Requirements

  • 5+ years with 2+ years hands-on performing data automation
  • Hands on experience with data automation to generate audit requests and reports using Postal Service tools
  • Proficiency in scripting, Python, Java, and/or R
  • Experience with AI/ML libraries, low-code/no-code tools, Microsoft Power Tools, Splunk, Databricks, SharePoint, Okta automation, ServiceNow, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and an RPA platform
  • Ability to analyze large datasets, leveraging multiple tools, to uncover patterns for process optimization
  • Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) and workflow optimization
  • Exposure to network security or cybersecurity
