About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- This role reports directly to the Art Lead and Producer while working closely with the Project Lead and other Environment Artists.
- This role is responsible for liaising with asset artists of all rankings, concept artists, and level designers to fulfill the shared vision of the project.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Creating hard surface environment art and props in Blender, based on concept art.
- Implementing and presenting finished art assets in the Unreal 5 Editor.
- Working closely with the project lead, environment artists, and concept artists to refine the overall vision and aesthetic for the project.
- Collaborating with other team members, passing unfinished work back and forth for improvements.
- Learning and adapting to non-traditional art workflows and processes, while willing to learn new skills. We are looking for that “Indie dev” mindset.
- Responds well to feedback and constructive criticism on their submissions and workflows, and demonstrates willingness to iterate on assets.
- 3 – 5+ years of experience directly related to the role using Unreal Engine or similar engines.
- Past experience with Blender or willing to learn Blender.
- Experience creating procedural tileable textures in Substance Designer or equivalent.
- Have experience creating First-Person game art.
- Likes Sci-Fi and Horror media.
- Appreciation for retro video games.
