About the role

  • Development of control and protection algorithms and firmware for power converters.
  • Modeling and simulation for the development of controls.
  • Requirements analysis and translation into technical specifications.
  • Firmware implementation, testing and troubleshooting.
  • Software maintenance and identification of improvements / corrective actions.
  • Hardware integration support.
  • Participation in environmental tests.
  • Collaboration with the factory to support the construction and testing of products.
  • Creation of documentation (specifications, test reports, manuals).

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Experience, in the role, gained in companies operating in the programming, design and production of microprocessor boards (2 years)
  • Experience in programming embedded systems using C / C ++.
  • Experience in the use of simulation software (MATLAB, Simulink, PSim)
  • Knowledge of inverter for Active Front End applications (grid side)
  • Knowledge of electric machine models (motors/generators)
  • Familiarity with reading and drawing electrical and electronic diagrams
  • Knowledge of the English language for the preparation of documentation.
  • Knowledge of the main IT applications (MS Office).
