About the role

  • Responsible for carrying out device inspections of all rental equipment in accordance with applicable test instructions
  • Perform inspections of all devices in the rental fleet according to standardized testing procedures
  • Regularly perform software updates to ensure functionality
  • Build test setups of systems for fault analysis and investigation of long-term behavior
  • Repair and replace defective components at the assembly level
  • Create and maintain technical documentation of testing and service procedures
  • Instruct and support assistants and apprentices in testing procedures
  • Handle service and repair orders for rental equipment, including all administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Formal vocational training in the electrical engineering field is not mandatory; career changers are welcome
  • Problem-solving oriented and able to work independently
  • Strong team skills and the ability to integrate into an existing team
  • Enthusiasm for technological developments and innovations
  • Willingness to work in a shift system
