About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You are responsible for optimizing and enhancing the value of the real estate portfolio under your supervision.
You contribute to developing a strategic vision for each of your sites in collaboration with the Operations and Development teams.
You ensure the implementation of the strategy as well as the administrative and financial monitoring of your portfolio.
You supervise and support an Asset Manager in their duties, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
You manage files with the various committees and external consultancy firms.
You develop and approve master plans and estate plans in alignment with the company’s asset strategy.
You identify and implement value-enhancement levers and define projects and investment plans for all your assets.
You are responsible for the proper valuation of real estate assets and for monitoring risks of impairment.
You drive asset profitability, oversee potential arbitrage and disposal programs, and guide strategic decisions.
You attend owners’ general meetings when partnering with co-owners or associates.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in management (equivalent to Bac+5), business school diploma, or a Master’s with a specialization in finance or asset/portfolio management.
5 to 10 years of proven experience in real estate asset management or property management, ideally within a real estate company, investment firm, operator, or real estate user.
Strong command of financial techniques and solid knowledge of real estate law, commercial law, and contract law.
Strategic vision enabling success in a matrix organization, with the ability to negotiate and execute complex trade-offs and transactions.
Proven leadership, with the ability to unite, guide, and support teams.
Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with an open and curious mindset.
Proficiency in English.
