About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You are responsible for optimizing and enhancing the value of the real estate portfolio under your responsibility.
- In this capacity, you contribute to developing a strategic vision for each of your sites in collaboration with the Operations and Development teams.
- You ensure implementation of the strategy as well as the administrative and financial monitoring of your portfolio, while supervising and supporting teams in executing action plans.
- You define and drive the deployment of the asset strategy for your scope of mainly commercial assets, with a long-term perspective.
- You lead and present files to various committees and external consultancy firms.
- You develop and validate master plans and asset plans in line with the company's asset strategy, in close collaboration with the Property Department and other business units.
- You identify and implement levers to optimize value, defining projects and investment plans across all your assets.
- You are responsible for ensuring accurate valuation of properties and managing depreciation risks, supported by real estate experts and the financial control department.
- You drive asset profitability, potential divestment and arbitration programs, guiding strategic decisions.
- You attend owners' general meetings when in partnership with shareholders; in cases of co-ownership or owners' associations (ASL), you inform Asset Directors of resolutions that impact site value (major works, changes to the property's division or technical documentation — EDD).
- You undertake cross-functional and nationwide assignments, with a direct impact on the overall portfolio strategy.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in management (Master's level: business school or Master's specialization in finance or asset/wealth management).
- 2 to 5 years' proven experience in real estate asset management or property management, ideally within a real estate company, investment firm, or property operator/occupier.
- Strong command of financial techniques and solid knowledge of real estate, commercial and contract law.
- Strategic vision enabling success in a matrix organization, with the ability to negotiate and execute complex arbitrage decisions.
- Proven leadership, with the ability to unite and support teams.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with an open and curious mindset.
- Proficient in English.
