About the role

  • Develop and manage real estate asset transformation projects
  • Work independently within a project team
  • Ensure the structuring and oversight of the delivery of mixed-use real estate projects
  • Manage projects across all aspects (technical, administrative, legal, financial and commercial)
  • Ensure program quality and adherence to schedules
  • Manage the financial aspects of operations

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent (e.g., business school, civil/construction engineering, architecture, law, urban planning/development…)
  • Minimum 3 years' proven experience in structuring and delivering real estate projects
  • Knowledge of urban planning, environmental and construction regulations
  • Experience delivering mixed-use real estate projects in dense urban areas
  • Holistic approach and experience managing complex projects
  • Strong awareness of sustainable development issues
  • Keen interest in innovation
  • Ability to adapt your approach depending on the context, priorities and interlocutors
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
