About the role

  • Participate in the ESG transformation of selected Nhood Business Units
  • Structure and roll out the ESG owner's project management (AMO) service offering
  • Oversee the portfolio of environmental certifications
  • Support Asset Managers and Property Managers in defining OPEX/CAPEX budgets and ESG investment plans
  • Lead and sustain ESG transformation projects during committees and meetings with business stakeholders

Requirements

  • Master's degree (engineering school or specialized master's)
  • More than 3 years' experience in buildings and sustainable commercial real estate
  • Knowledge of French and European ESG regulations and environmental certifications
  • Technical skills: comfortable working with data (Excel)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Languages: French and English, written and spoken
