Collection calls and emails when needed
Post Invoices daily
Send out Proforma Invoices
Send out customer invoices daily and customer statements monthly
Manage Sales Order Holds for both holds at order input and shipping

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting
MS-Office proficiency, specifically intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP
Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an accounts receivable clerk position
Experience with accounting system Epicor and JPMorgan Chase Access is preferred
Experience working in the lighting, retail or manufacturing industry is a plus
