About the role

  • Develop and scale features for our IMS solution using Go (Golang), following a test-driven development (TDD) approach
  • Work across the full spectrum of IMS nodes (P/S/I-CSCF, MMTel, etc.), transitioning legacy signaling patterns into high-performance Go services
  • Handle signaling and media protocols (SIP, Diameter, RTP) directly within Go-based microservices
  • Perform deep-track testing, validation, and optimization to ensure low-latency performance and high-quality deliverables
  • Interpret 3GPP specifications and implement them to ensure our IMS solution remains industry-compliant and interoperable
  • Work with a modern stack including Kubernetes, Redis, MySQL, and Prometheus to build resilient, self-healing network functions

Requirements

  • Deep experience in Go (Golang) is required, specifically with concurrency patterns (goroutines/channels) and performance tuning
  • Solid understanding of telephony standards, specifically SIP and Diameter
  • Very comfortable working in Linux environments and understanding low-level networking (TCP/UDP/SCTP)
  • Knowledge of Python or Bash for automation and tooling
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex distributed systems
  • Self-motivated, autonomous, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid-remote startup environment
  • Proficiency in English
