Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and stakeholders
Provide strategic client advisory support

Coordinate and direct claims to NFP Subject Matter Experts
Participate in acquisition and renewal meetings
Monitor large losses and significant reserve changes
Prepare and deliver pre-renewal stewardship reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
15+ years of experience managing construction claim programs
Strong exposure to general liability and workers’ compensation
Direct experience with OCIP/CCIP wrap-up programs
Solid litigation experience
Active property and casualty adjuster license preferred
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
