About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Promote Wealthspire’s Executive Benefits services to internal Wealthspire advisors
- Create and maintain referral relationships with intermediaries and joint partnerships
- Sell the complete offering of company services
- Acquire new customers
- Lead all aspects of the sales process
- Ensure a seamless transition of customer responsibility to account management team
- Achieve assigned sales quota
- Meet assigned expectations for profitability
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Finance, Economics, or related field)
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Relevant industry licenses (e.g., insurance, securities like Series 6/7/63, depending on scope) are typically required or strongly preferred
- 12–15+ years in sales, business development, or executive benefits/financial services of total professional experience
