Key responsibilities & impact

Proactively coordinate and manage broking around the renewal cycle
Define success and direct broking activity to achieve the optimal outcome for the client/prospect
Demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills
Execute client/prospect placements
Collaborate with account management team and client to ensure complete and timely submissions
Develop creative solutions to effectively address difficult placement scenarios
Lead team members in preparation of proposal presentations
Prepare detailed and complex coverage and policy comparisons
Provide leadership and demonstrate an ability to effectively mentor

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
Minimum seven years insurance experience
P&C License required or obtained within 90 days of employment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Epic (agency management system) a plus
