About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Interact with clients on a day-to-day basis while developing relationships
- Prepare applications, specifications and marketing strategy
- Act as lead consultant and primary point of contact for clients
- Work on large, complex accounts with significant premiums
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- HS Diploma or GED required with additional learning/certifications
- Ideally, more than 7 years of Personal Lines industry experience
- Personal Lines and High Net Worth/Private Client Group client coverage experience
- P&C Account/Client Management experience with a retail brokerage or independent agency
- Familiarity with major markets: AIG, Chubb/ACE, PURE, etc.
- Experience with an agency management system/CRM is required.
- Fluency with Epic is a plus.
