About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide the best possible benefits administration experience for clients and brokers, ensuring high satisfaction and business retention.
  • In coordination with sales executives, ensure a satisfactory onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Manage and ensure appropriate delivery, documentation, and resolution of all renewals and plan changes.
  • Identify opportunities and sell add-issue.
  • Provide prompt response and resolution to issues, coordinating resources internally and at carriers when required.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of account management or client service experience in group insurance or employee benefits
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and follow through effectively
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including client presentations (virtual and in person)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Life and Health license required or ability to obtain within 3 months
  • Periodic travel both in and out of state for meetings, conferences, and client needs (approximately 10-15%)
