About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead all technology due diligence activities for acquisitions and divestitures
Oversee execution of Day 1 and Day 2 technology integration activities
Manage identity, endpoint, collaboration, and infrastructure transitions
Ensure business continuity and minimal disruption during integrations
Establish and maintain standardized integration playbooks and processes
Lead enterprise infrastructure operations, including: Cloud, network, and identity services
Partner with business leaders to assess and rationalize technology platforms
Oversee all technology aspects of real estate initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology leadership
Demonstrated experience leading M&A technology due diligence and integrations
Experience supporting multi-site organizations and complex real estate environments
Strong vendor management and contract optimization experience
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
Experience in financial services or other regulated industries (preferred)
Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and modern workplace technologies (preferred)
